The Landscape Design Process
The design process begins with the initial consultation at the Client's property. Bebe delves into the Client's personal color and plant preferences, priorities and use goals. Upon your decision to retain our design services, site conditions and dwelling architectural style are evaluated. Photographs are shot for reference and careful measurements taken. A plot plan of the property is appreciated and expedites the process.
Bebe begins a highly-detailed landscape design plan, often revisiting the site to study lighting at various times of day and other details . She creates computer images that illustrate the home fully landscaped, enabling the Client to more easily visualize the end result. A detailed landscaping estimate is prepared. The design plan and estimate are reviewed with the Client, and any minor changes implemented.
The landscape design fee is based on the size and complexity of your project. This is a separate charge, and not part of the installation cost.
